Overview:We’re looking for a reliable Assembly Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Tewkesbury. This is a hands-on role focused on light mechanical assembly, working to high quality standards in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products including light mechanical assembly and basic wiring (full training provided)
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards
• Report any quality or production issues to the Supervisor
• Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively within the team and support wider manufacturing operations
• Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for periods during the shift
• Positive, flexible approach to work

Experience:

• Entry-level role – no previous experience required as full training is provided
