Assistant Tax Accountant

Most importantly, you'll have a genuine interest in tax and a desire to continue learning and developing your career within a supportive corporate environment.\n\nWorking as part of a collaborative tax team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of corporate tax activities while receiving support and guidance to develop your expertise.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\n\nAssisting with the preparation of corporation tax returns and supporting computations\nSupporting quarterly and annual tax reporting processes\nHelping ensure timely and accurate tax compliance submissions\nAssisting with tax accounting and audit requirements\nSupporting tax forecasting and tax payment processes\nContributing to tax-related projects across the wider business\nAssisting with the identification and management of tax risks\nSupporting transfer pricing documentation and compliance activities\nKeeping up to date with tax legislation and regulatory developmentsAbout You\n\nWe're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:\n\nApproximately 2-3 years' experience within tax, either in practice or industry\nExposure to corporate tax compliance work\nA genuine interest in developing a career within tax\nProgress towards, or interest in studying, a professional qualification such as CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nGood Excel skills and confidence working with financial data\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders\nA proactive attitude and willingness to learnThe manager is eager to provide a true learning and development opportunity for someone.
