The Role:

• Leading a well-established corporate team, overseeing a broad range of high-value transactional and advisory work
• Advising on M&A transactions, business sales and acquisitions across a variety of sectors
• Supporting clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures and investment matters
• Providing corporate governance advice and strategic guidance to clients
• Driving the growth and development of the Glasgow corporate practice
• Shaping regional strategy and enhancing the firm’s market presence
• Collaborating with national teams and leveraging cross-referral opportunities
• Maintaining strong client relationships while actively contributing to business development initiatives

About You:

• Experienced Corporate Partner or senior lawyer ready to step into a leadership role
• Strong reputation within the Scottish corporate market, ideally with a portable client following
• Proven track record in handling complex transactional work
• Commercially astute with strong strategic judgement
• An inspirational and collaborative leader with experience developing and mentoring teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a market-leading practice
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
