This role offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the chance to work with a highly respected FM provider.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across static site in Portsmouth\n\n * \n\n Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of plumbing systems\n\n * \n\n Support the wider maintenance team when required\n\n * \n\n Participate in the 1-in-5 call-out rota\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\n * \n\n Level 2 Plumbing qualification (essential)\n\n * \n\n Experience within commercial or FM environments is beneficial\n\n * \n\n Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence if required for call out\n\nWhat’s On Offer\n\n * \n\n £37,000 base salary\n\n * \n\n Overtime available to increase earnings\n\n * \n\n £75 per week call-out payment\n\n * \n\n 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Training and development opportunities with a major FM organisation
