Multi Trade Operative\nLocation: Cambridge & Surrounding Areas\nPay rate: £18 - £22 per hour \nBenefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Supplied\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team covering Cambridge and the surrounding areas. This role involves carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works within occupied and void social housing properties.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong all-round skillset and take pride in delivering high-quality work while providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarrying out reactive maintenance repairs within social housing properties\nCompleting a range of multi-trade works including:\n\nCarpentry repairs and installations\nBasic plumbing maintenance\nWall and floor tiling\nPatch plastering and making good\nInternal painting and decorating\n\nDiagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently and safely\nEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations\nMaintaining clear communication with tenants and office staff\nKeeping company vehicle and equipment in good condition\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience working as a Multi Trade Operative\nCompetent across carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating\nPrevious experience within social housing or reactive maintenance preferred\nFull UK driving licence essential\nAbility to work independently and manage daily workloads effectively\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nWhat We Offer:\n\nCompany van and fuel card provided\nLong-term, secure work\nSupportive working environment\nOpportunities for career progression and development\nIf you are a reliable and motivated Multi Trade Operative looking for a new opportunity in the Cambridge area, we would love to hear from you
