We’re looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our newly re-purposed children’s residential home. This is your chance to design and manage a specialist service, providing a safe and nurturing environment for a small group of children to thrive.\n\nYour Responsibilities\n\n * Deliver outstanding care, ensuring every child achieves positive outcomes.\n\n * Lead and inspire your team, creating a therapeutic and supportive culture.\n\n * Manage the home’s daily operations, including service planning and development.\n\n * Oversee budgets and financial performance.\n\n * Ensure compliance with safeguarding requirements and relevant legislation.\n\n * Collaborate with professionals to develop tailored care plans for each child.\n\nQualifications:\n\n * \n\n * Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.\n\n * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).\n\n * Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children’s legislation.\n\n * Proven leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.\n\n * Experience managing budgets effectively.\n\n * A full UK driving licence.\n\n * Flexibility to work on-call when required.\n\nMake a Difference\n\nThis is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to shape the future of children’s care.
