Senior Business Analyst

Your responsibilities will include:\n\nCollaborating on the confirmation and build-out of the Operating Model, utilizing a top-down approach:\n- Conducting high-level gap analyses and process overviews.\n- Creating summary diagrams and swim lane process flows for high-priority processes.\n- Documenting detailed procedural documents for all key business processes.\n\nWorking closely with the Operational Readiness team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the Operating Model across all locations.\nConducting business analysis, gathering, and documenting requirements.\nProviding expert consulting and leadership at a high technical level.\nIdentifying and escalating risks and issues to the program.\nBuilding strong relationships with your work stream team, program resources, and clients.\nDeveloping and implementing strategic programs within functional areas.\nPartnering with Program Management to track and mitigate risks related to the Operating Model.\nRepresenting the Operating Model in client forums to ensure alignment between business units and clients. \n\nQualifications:\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following:\n\nExperience:\n\nStrong understanding of the financial services industry, including operating models and end-to-end processes.\nProven experience in complex transformation initiatives across global environments. \n\nBusiness Analysis and Technical Capability:\n\nAdvanced analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.\nStrong data analysis capabilities to support decision-making and validate outcomes.\nSolid understanding of system architecture and integration concepts.

\n\nStakeholder Engagement and Communication:\n\nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across teams and clients.\nConfidence to constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders.\nExcellent facilitation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. \n\nRisk, Governance, and Control:\n\nAbility to identify and manage risks and dependencies with appropriate escalation.\nAwareness of governance frameworks and regulatory considerations.\nExperience in business readiness and risk mitigation planning. \n\nDelivery and Value Focus:\n\nResults-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.\nCapacity to manage competing priorities while ensuring quality delivery.
