Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential, live in the Portsmouth area.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOperating Loading Shovel on site\nLoading lorries and trucks efficiently\nFeeding and maintaining material flow\nWash plant\nSupplying materials to ready mix plant\nMixing and moving products across the aggregates yard\nStockpiling and managing materials safely\nCarrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance\nAdhering to all site health & safety procedures\n\nAbout You\n\nProven experience operating a Loading Shovel\nExperience working within an aggregates / quarry / recycling / plant environment\nConfident with loading, mixing and moving aggregate materials\nReliable, professional, and able to work independently\nStrong awareness of site safety and procedures\nMust live within a commutable distance of Portsmouth\nOwn transport preferred\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nCPCS A22 Qualification or similar competency-based certificate (essential)\nMPQC Qualification (beneficial)\nCSCS Card\n\nWorking Hours\n\nStart: 06:30am\nFinish: 16:30pm\nPotential work until 19:00pm\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n£22 per hour\nOngoing work opportunity\nImmediate start available\nWork with an established company
